精準(zhǔn)定量DNA Marker VI

● 產(chǎn)品編號及規(guī)格：

    RTM406-02       100T (2×250μl) 

● 產(chǎn)品簡介：

本產(chǎn)品是由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成，適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產(chǎn)品中已含有1×loading buffer，可根據(jù)實驗需要，直接取2-5μl電泳，使用方便，電泳圖像清晰。6條帶的大小分別為250，1000，2500，5000，7000，10000bp。其中2500bp條帶含量為100ng/5μl，顯示加亮帶，其余條帶濃度為50ng/5μl。

● 儲存條件：

  4℃ 貯存6個月（-20℃貯存一年）。

● 使用方法：

1. 取2-5μl本產(chǎn)品加入到瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中就行電泳。

注：根據(jù)電泳梳子的厚度和寬度確定上樣量。每1mm×1mm（厚度×寬度）加樣孔上樣1μl；窄齒梳子（一般為1mm×2mm）上樣2μl；寬齒梳子（一般為1mm×5mm）上樣5μl。如果使用厚齒梳子或?qū)捰?/span>5mm的梳子，可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整上樣量。

2. 建議電泳條件：凝膠濃度為1.0％，凝膠長度5-7cm，電泳電壓4-10v/cm，電泳時間25-30分鐘。

3. 通過EB染色后紫外燈下觀察條帶。

注：如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色，由于靈敏度比EB低，請酌情增加Marker的上樣量。

● 注意事項：

1. 瓊脂糖的質(zhì)量對DNA的電泳有很大影響，電泳時請盡量使用質(zhì)量優(yōu)等的瓊脂糖。

2. 請使用新鮮配制的電泳緩沖液和新鮮配制的瓊脂糖凝膠進(jìn)行電泳，以保證Marker良好的分離效果。
